Requesting a refund
When paid ChessAnalyzer subscriptions are available, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original subscription charge. To request one, email [email protected] from the email used at checkout and include your order email and the reason for your request.
How refunds are handled
Payments for ChessAnalyzer are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We will review eligible requests and, where a refund is approved, Paddle will return the payment to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation keeps access to paid features until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refunds are not automatic for unused time, renewal charges, or partial billing periods, but we will consider requests in good faith and honor rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
