Submitting a copyright notice
If you believe material on ChessAnalyzer infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact with: your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material to be removed, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact information, consent to the appropriate jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, Chess Analyzer may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers.
